Facebook copyright complaint

Hi, if someone makes a copyright complaint against someone else for an image but that image has been deleted. Will facebook still look into this as there is no image for them to even look at now?

Also if someone files a copyright complaint is there an option for them to withdraw that complaint themselves or once submitted its submitted? Bit like an email is.

well when someone reports a pic and it the pic is deleted before it is review it there is no effect on the person who uploaded it and the person who reported it do gets a message the pic you reported is deleted before its reviewed , so i suppose same thing goes for the copyright issue as well if you removed the pic before its reviews it you won't have any trouble

Thats what i thought, have you ever experienced this before?

i had copyright domain and he asked me for stop the site running on that domain and i did.

nothing happened.

one of my friend posted some copyrighted pic and he even edited something on those pictures and it got deleted by facebook so i suppose if you don't have that post on your page you don't need to worry

ok, here's the deal, you can erase ANY picture from facebook by this mean, just have to supply the form with phony data and they will remove it, the picture can be restated by the same means, this kind of aledgement is probably the only one where you can actually talk with a living person on facebook, they will ask for information on the copyright if the issue goes further as in a legal demand, but most of the times people is happy just to get their picture removed from the place where they saw it
