Here are some types of content you should avoid posting on Facebook if you don’t want to risk getting your account banned:
- Adult content & nudity: Unless it’s strictly necessary, don’t post this kind of content on Facebook. There's a high chance it’ll get reported and your account might get locked immediately. Even close-up pictures of any body part (teeth, mouth, etc.) can be restricted.
- Hate speech: Freedom of speech is fine, but if your content promotes hate or targets race, religion, gender, or encourages discrimination, it will definitely be restricted.
- Violence & graphic content: These types of content are also discouraged on Facebook, so avoid posting this kind of information publicly.
- Misinformation: Sharing false info about health, politics, or current events can get your content flagged or removed. If you're running ads for products like supplements or beauty items, be especially careful with words like "the best," "the most," etc.
- Spammy behavior: Using bots or spamming for engagement will get your account flagged. Make sure to engage naturally and avoid fake interactions.
