facebook: connect from other device

I was on a trip in Germany and I connected to Facebook using two accounts.

When I came back home and connected back to facebook using THE SAME Win7 laptop, the idiot facebook locked both accounts saying : you are connecting with an unrecognized device. Connect from previous device.

This was 2 months ago, and to this day, both accounts are still locked because idiot facebook says " your account might have been hacked, connect from previous device or provide formal ID with photograph".

Is there any hope I could get back those two accounts?

You can't get the account back if you will not submit an ID. But you can get it back by logging in to the same device you logged your account
