Send any fake identity you have or Photoshop it and send it no matter if it doesn't matter your name.
Sometime it works sometime it doesn't it worked for me so i would say give it a try .

There are plenty of tutorials on youtube about creating fake ID's , but keep in mind that your info should be same in both fb account and ID

There's no way to get it unblocked legally, unless you work for facebook.
