Facebook confirm identity

Can somebody help me unlock my Facebook account ? It’s telling me to unlock my Facebook my confirming my identity by either texting a security code to my phone but it’s not texting to the right number and it won’t let me choose the right number .. i have more than one number connected to that acct and some of them number i don’t have access to anymore cus i changed my number.. or either choose 5 of my friends and i did and i KNOW it’s the right friends i clicked for the answer and it still says they couldn’t confirm my identity with that info . Can someone help me pls if u can


edit : nvm i got it unlocked all of a sudden they did a different method when i opened it again. Telling me to select comments and friends i did or didn’t add and phone number connected to my acct or not. Mfrs tricked me
