I can't describe what kinda pain it is to work with FB these days.
Their platform is literally broken. To an extend where it even gives me a error message when I try to open a support ticket or asking a question in their developer community forum.
- Ads are randomly getting suspended (probably by their AI)
- Ad accounts are randomly getting suspended (probably cuz of the reason above)
- Can't create new Apps (as a developer)
- All of the Apps in the dashboard are suddenly gone and nowhere to be found
- Can't open support tickets
- They randomly blocked monetization of two of my apps with the following reason:
"We reserve the right to reject, approve, or remove any publisher or app or website for any reason in our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, publishers and apps that negatively impact our relationship with our users or advertisers, or that promote content, services, or activities that conflict with our competitive position, interests, or advertising philosophy. These policies are subject to change at any time."
Means they can basically ban you or your app for whatever reason at any time...This makes all of their guidelines completely redundant.
Of course sent an appeal (which they often approved to be fair) but of course, no answer.
