Hello i currently have a new business page for a company that sells pressure washers as a company page you just have to acquire likes or go on a personal account to invite people to like it or pay facebook to promote it what other ways can i drive traffic too it i currently have 57 likes after 2-3 weeks and am posting weekly any help would be highly appreciated.

Promote the page through facebook ads or scrape targeted people and invite them to like your page.

You didn't say anything . You want someone give you the real facebook likes while you registering on forums and asking others to help you.
You must work on it.

From your personal page send invites to targeted people from your list, share on your page daily the updates you make on your business' page. About buying facebook ads... they work through click farms so not so effective as it might seem. Grow naturally if this is possible. Organize giveaways as soon as you can, a contest where you can get something for free always gets people excited. Cross-promote with other, related page if you can. Good luck!
