Facebook comments totally close

Hi all, I don't know if this is purely "black hat" but I would like to know:

I currently have the comments open on facebook but I would like to know if I can totally close reviews (stars) and comments from a facebook bussiness account and from a "normal user" account.
I would like to keep the comments I have so far, but not allow new ones.
I mean, I checked that you can close comments "partially" but not totally as I need.
