I have seen stuff like that -

1) people post using their fake / real profiles in huge groups, more comments -> more engagement and hence post stays on top
2) they get good traffic as they put clickbait description
3) $$
 
simply by copying these types of script and make changes in them.
 
hese interactive comment posts usually go viral because they are simple, engaging, and spark curiosity. The key is creating content that people can easily relate to and want to participate in

Really, new for me. Could you please hint what kind of keywords I should use to find the thread?
 
You can try simple interactive posts like polls or “complete the sentence” and they can also go viral!
