Is there any good or any at all?

I will create few accounts and start posting comments to some popular people on facebook.
I havent find any. I only see tools for likes and stuff like that but none for posting comments.

Actually either comments or just regular posts on wall to other people.

You can use many facebook auto poster for best and efficient results.
You can use PostCron for this purpose. It is a good tool for auto posting on Facebook.
