Facebook Clone

Pie in the sky dream here ..
There are a lot of "facebook clone" apps out there on google .. Is anyone reasonalbly priced able to customize on of these to self host .. also need to make sure to change it enough to avoid copyright craps .
btw the minute i post i get messages on bhw

a) i can do it ( without knowing anything more at all about the job )

b) whats your budget ( i am not looking for "offering" you a price ) I am a buyer and i know what i need ask me questions about the job and then make YOUR offer .
