This is a cloaking technique. You can use a white page (intermediary page) for your advertising campaign. Once approved, they will redirect this link to your official website. Most agencies support this service.

Use cloaking services like JCI, cloakinghouse. There is guide or ebook somewhere on bhw regarding cloaking, maybe you can learn basics from there. Some agencies here promise to provide cloaking services, not sure what's quality of their service.
