Facebook CLOAKING: What type of ads?

What do the people usually do?
I was thinking like in Advertorials (before/after) but not much more as I'm diving into Black Hat now,

Read more about non-redirect methods, without this you can't be successful in facebook ads. Also, always update the base of IP addresses, the more settings you will use, then better you will be protected. Always analyze the traffic of your disabled accounts and update your settings.
