Facebook cloaking Help

Good day
It my first question in the forum and i hope there are going to be some experianced people who can help me out with that.
So i am setting up a cloaking campaign, the way how i am going to do that is that i am going to rent facebook accounts from locals in my country, i will have a prepaid card which is officially from a bank which is in another country, however under my name and zip code and e.c.
i will worm up account and e.c. And i am planning to run ads for audiance that is different from my country. Is that going to cause issues?
for cloaking service i am planning to use leadscloak or traffic armor, let me know if that is going to be any good. Sorry for a long question and i hope that you can help me out!

Not yet, i am still in research phase :/ didnt find solid answer to any of the questions above. Most probably only answer that i have is that card has to be from same country as the facebook account, otherwise it increases chances of ban.

Should be fine as long as your ad abide by their advertising rules. There are ways to circumvent.
