I tried to put every setting in default, picture that does not have any sensitive content and no caption. thus, i think is the link that cause it ban. Maybe fb could track my link that has the cloaking code or what.

So what is the best way to cloak site in your opinion?
i tried clean domain and even change the website content. But it still does not work. Im am doing gambling ads and how the f*** fb know that im doing it without any gambling content on the website

First turn on white page until it's under review, once it's on going - turn off white page, and turn on black.
To be honest i think this is what cloaker should do instead of you turning on and off pages. You can also set that x amount of first clicks would only reach wh page. Unless you are not using cloaker then it does not apply to you.
You are right. This is what cloacker shoud do after moderation your ads, bcs FB bots will be still checking your ads, if cloacker recognize bot it will show him white page, if user black page. But on moderation there should be no options , just stable white.
