I'm building my link shortening service. Currently the only thing it does is redirect and shows you the referrer, user-agent and IP of the redirected click.
However, I am developing this into a tool that you can use to redirect based on rules. For example: if IP comes from a Facebook data center redirect to X, if the IP is residential redirect to Y. I know how to do this, I'm just trying to understand if there's enough interest.
If you're interested e-mail me: shrt.guru at yandex.ru. I'll give you the website URL and you can play with it a bit then give me feedback. If I see enough interest in this I will build more complex features
