I also know 2 suppliers of Cloakers. I've been using one for the past 12months with no problems.

I never advertised CB or something similar on FB... What happens if you redirect your dest. url to CPA offer after approval? Does FB crawl and "analyse" your url after approval?

Personally I would contact blackjack or myself. The most important thing isn't some magical IP list or footprint -- it's support. IPs change, footprints change. You want someone on the other end of the support line that will work with you as networks and engines modify things.
