Nope. Just like Google, Facebook now sports two types of bots: their regular review crawlers and their more sophisticated counterparts that use Luminati (residential proxies.) IM KLO can block the former, but is easily fooled by the latter since it cannot detect them using any of their checks. Luminati-based FB bots are not yet as widespread as regular ones, but their numbers are growing as time goes, so the situation for IP/useragent-based cloakers like IM KLO will be getting worse and worse.
