Facebook Clickbait Low Reach (Help)

My page got hit by the engagement-bait penalty. I didn't know about this changes because I was away from this for a while
Does anyone know if this is a permament or temporary thing? I've read that the 0 link reach is a temporary penalty. But what about this engagement-bait reach decrease penalty?
