Facebook / CISPA Question

Hey all,
I want to delete all of my social media messages in light of this cispa craze. That being said, there's some important conversations I need to keep for various reasons - for instance one on my Facebook that I couldn't paste into word as its 225K messages long (I've had facebook from the very beginning... lol.) Is there any way to download your inbox as text files or something similar? The archive option only saves timeline and pictures... etc.
I tried socialsafe but it doesn't seem to be working....

As far as I know facebook must provide an option to download all the information they have about you.

Whatever you delete they still keep a copy of. So all in all the delete button is pretty much bullshit.
