I thought that FB said that they will charge $1 to send message that you arent connected to, well this is what i found out today

15$ its scam itself from FB

I read the charge varies based on who you send it to. Celebrities cost more. Facebook is it's own punishment, and it's User's deserve everything they get.

Cost $$$ for sending random message.

And banned me(from sending message/add) for 30days because to much friend request I send.
