Facebook changed my infos without notice

So just today I was logged out of session from Facebook, I didn’t understand what was going on I tried to log back in, but it keep saying incorrect password. Luckily I had it saved info on my phone and was able to log in and bypass the password input. I checked the security infos and all email and password was removed. I checked my email and there was no notification being changed. It was like they was just removed out of blue? Has anybody experienced this before? Good thing I was able to log in on phone without password and was able to put the email/phone again. This is the first time this ever happened to me. Is Facebook just deleting and changing peoples accounts randomly now? Anyone have any ideas what’s going on with meta these days ?

Perhaps your account has been hacked and the hacker has changed your information, please try contacting Facebook support and re-authenticating your card ID.
 
Is that your account? Did you buy them from somewhere else? It seems they changed all the information and took them.

That's right, Mate automatically re-adds the phone number and original email of Facebook profile. You should check this information again and delete strange details that are not yours.

Maybe your account was hacked
 
New update I just found out, meta was really doing some massive weird updates. They was removing emails/phones whatever was attached in the account
 
If you're still logged into your account, make sure you change your password and increase other security measures like two-factor verification and check login activity.

It's possible that your account has been hacked. Increase your security by turning on two-step verification
 
Luckily you got it back, you should set up 2FA security to prevent hackers

Have you checked your login email or phone number to see if it has been changed?
 
It's possible that your account was compromised by someone else who accessed it without your authorization and removed your email and password. I would advise you to change your password.
