Facebook change cpm to cpc?

Hi everyone, does anyone know how to have the option at the engagement in the choice when you are charged to select per click because at the moment i have automatic only per impression.

I have contact with Facebook and they told me since i had paid my billing i have to wait to have this option but i don't hace yet.
If someone knows please help me
