You made a similar page with the exact same name and then you had the possibility to merge the pages together

for about 2-3 weeks there was a secret way with editing the source code .. to fake MANAGER-RIGHTS

but its fixed since .. dunno.
now u ll find a hidden input-field with a secret KEY to verify: logged in person == owner of the UID
