Facebook Business Page Issue

We have been driving reviews to a business page, but today we have had 3 customers tell us that they cannot see the review tab. We have checked and others are seeing it and leaving reviews, we have checked computers, ipads and iphones and all display the review tab to us (even when logged out).

They have sent screen shots and no review tab available!

How can these buyers leave reviews? What is wrong...

This could probably be a problem with the Facebook update that they have. You can try reporting this to Facebook, so they can give you the proper solution to your problem.

Is it possible that facebook blocked reviews tabs just for these 3 customers personal phones, because they probably were trying to leave fake reviews?

Anyway if you see reviews from another PC it means they are active and there is nothing to worry about.
