Facebook Business Manager Hacked

Hi all, 3 days back my business manager was hacked and I was removed from my own business manager. I reached the live chat support and they said they will look into this internally. But I never received any emails mentioning any requests open regrading this case from their side it's been like 72 hours now. I think they just completely ignored it.

Is there anything I can do to recover my business manager?

Yes, I did. They promised me an investigation, but nothing to this date. Not even an email saying that I contacted the live support lol.

are you the creator of that BM or is that BM you bought from someone else. If that BM was created from you, it will be recovered, if not, it will definitely not be recovered.

As mentioned above if you are the creator of the BM you will get back your account else its not possible
The time frame for case cannot be assured it takes min 3 days to months

I think I'll have to keep reminding them again and again until I get it back.

contact with live chat they will fix you instantly with few minutes if they cant fix then they will hold or deactivate for certain period then you will get back to you

Yes, I did contact support again. They asked for a 48 hours timeframe and promised me to look into it.

I don't know, but it was so weird. Someone just took it over without a hassle lol. My account wasn't even compromised. The profile was perfectly fine, only one business manager with a 600k followers page was taken from the hacker.

This is very common. Then the BMs & Old pages are re-sold, usually to run BH campaigns as its more easy with old Bms with a spend history & an old page
Keep an eye on your page ads, you should see some ads being active soon, so you can identify who's using your BM now
