Facebook BUSINESS Accounts with "Profiles"?!?

Hey guys, is there a *way* to make (or get) Facebook BUSINESS account's *without* them having a "profile" ATTACHED to them? I have realized that nowadays whenever we guy to URLs like this:

https://www.facebook.com/business/

https://business.facebook.com/ (Different URL than Facebook.com/Business/ if you've noticed)

...that we are *forced* into creating an account with a profile which basically makes these account's "Personal" ones and NOT the "Business" ones that use to be without any user|profile attachment added on to them...

If any of you know a way for me|us to create account's without profiles (strictly for fan pages and advertising), definitely let me know!
