I think it is possible, but it depends on how old it is, for example if it was created 10 years ago it will be different from an account created yesterday
 
You can sell directly on the BHW community. There are many people here who need large quantities, you will sell very quickly.

Accounts with many friends, posts and created for a long time can be sold at high prices. You can go to BHW's marketplace or contact some websites to sell them.
 
Many people like it, but what is the reasonable price and the type of your account?

You can post it for sale in the forum under "Want to buy" or post it for sale in community groups, there are many. But if I were you, I would keep it to use those accounts to run Facebook ads and do affiliate marketing if those accounts trust.
 
There are a lot of people who need to buy it. But the price of each account will be different because it depends on factors such as age, level of interaction, number of friends,...

You can sell them in here. We also sell lots of fb profiles, business manages, pages, agency ad accounts and regular ones. Wish you the best!
 
When was your account created? You can sell directly on the BHW community, go to WTB to post an account for sale, many units will pay attention to you.
 
The quantity is still too small. You can sell them but there will not be much profit.
