facebook bugged? free ads O.o

i gone to my page. messes i did "reach next mile stone of 500 likes" i selected budget of 20$. then after that there should come the payment method but didn't come and my campaign started after review. and i start getting some US likes now. then i boosted my three posts. again no payment method came as usually they pop out. now my post are being review. let see. no lies. i will post the proof photos...

damn. i checked my page again. they caught me. i got these errors now (any way i got some free likes )

You sure you didnt put a payment method before?
Are those fakeaccounts you are working from?

I just tried it with one page - always asks for payment method...

this was my personal real account, and never used any coupon or any thing. before this when ever i advertise they ask for payment method but this time they run my ad directly. it got reviewed successfully and after getting some like. that pop up error came up. now they are asking to verify the identity and other sh*ts

Same thing happened to me a while back.. Shortly after they removed any likes I had received from that ad on a particular page.
