Anybody know of a really good facebook bot for promoting fan pages? I don't want to make any new accounts, I just want to promote fan pages. Any help would be appreciated.

Promote fan pages with real people. No fake accounts. It would be great for me to promote CPA offers or promote a website.

That is far too ambiguous. You can't just say you want to create a successful page. You need to clearly define your strategy and then find a bot that can automate the tasks you need done.
No one will be able to help you find a suitable bot if they don't know what tasks you are trying to automate.

So I should be more specific? Let's say I want to make a page like this https://www.facebook.com/pages/Dogs-The-Woof-Works/82955505846?fref=ts (Just an example)what type of bot would I need to build up a good audience? Obviously, I don't expect 5 million likes overnight like this page has.

You keep saying things like "build up a good audience" and "Promote fan pages with real people". These are goals, not tasks. Bots don't create success for you. They are only as powerful as your marketing plan.
There is no bot that has a button that says "build up a good audience." You need to be specific with the tasks you want done, like "Mass Commenting "Mass liking" etc...From there, you can see which bot will be best for you.

Okay. Sorry for not being specific enough. What I am looking for is a bot that can scrape user IDs from groups or fan pages. For example, the link I had posted before, scape as many users that like the page "Dogs". Then I would want the bot to contact those people. If I can't send them a pm, then I would like to leave a comment on their wall. Also, it would be nice to find a bot that has a send delay.
Do you know a bot like this?

Here is a bot that can be used for scraping, and it is fairly cheap. I have not tested it too thoroughly yet though

Here is a program that I have used in the past (not for messaging, but they have that function). You can try it daily or monthly to keep your costs low and see if you can achieve your desired ROI. They have a lot more features other than sending messages, so I recommend you utilize those features to justify the cost. This bot also has the feature to scrape users, but I have never used that feature so I cannot vouch for it.

I agree with zenoglitch on this one. I know I recommended some bots for completing the tasks you mentioned, but for building a page, I would stay away from bots and focus on some other methods.
