Facebook bot for Sales Groups

i buy and sell on face book , its v tiring to delete n post each and everytime on a different facebook group

are there any bots which are safe to use on facebook that can auto delete and post picture and text of the items im selling ?

PS- im also looking for thoise auto bots which can reply msgs when someone sends me a msg , thanks in advance
