Facebook Bot for OSX ?

Good Afternoon,

I've been doing some research and have found a good amount of information on bots and scrappers, however I haven't seen much information on bots that are for OSX?

What I'm looking for is a bot that can target different fan pages similar to the page I'm looking to promote, scrape the user id's and email address' from those fan pages that are similar in location/genre. It would also be fantastic to target based on location for when I'm promoting my page.

Is there a bot that does this for OSX or will I need to use a windows one? Also any recommendations regardless of the operating system?
