There is no method as far as I know because it's randomly. They invite you randomly, one thing that I know for sure is you need to be in eligible country. I got invited on more than 4 pages. Just post consistently and share to groups and you'll get the invitation.
Do you know who needs to be from/in an eligible country? Is it page owner, or just admin with random permissions? Or maybe BM admin?
