After two failed attempts, I finally figured out what Meta actually wants. First time I submitted a blurry utility bill + domain mismatch. Second time, my docs were fine, but the business name on the domain didn’t match the company registry.
What worked: clear utility bill (not bank statement), GST certificate (India), domain WHOIS matching GST name. Used business email on domain to submit. Approval in 48h.
Lesson: don’t overthink, just match name+address+domain and use business mail.
