Your Facebook page needs to represent an organization or individual and needs to have some articles published in newspapers or magazines about you or the organization this Facebook page represents, this will be approved by Facebook.
 
In my opinion, try to create high-quality content and interact with users. Post regularly and make sure your posts receive high engagement

To get a blue tick on Facebook quickly, your account needs to meet the following conditions:

The business fanpage needs to have at least 100,000 page likes.

The personal account needs to have at least 100,000 followers.
The business fanpage or personal account needs to have at least 5-10 major news sites write articles verifying and certifying that these pages serve the interests of the community.
