Facebook blocked me help please

Is there anyway to stop facebook from blocking me i am currently on a 2 week ban for im guessing someone reported me posting my website in my groups anyway to stop this from happening im trying to build an audience for my website on these facebook groups

Nothing to do on the ban right now. Next time write your post in a more 'neutral' way by adding useful quality info or let other (fake) profiles post it.

Well im not fully banned i was just hit with a 14 day ban from posting in groups

So you're up again? That is great but I would really recommend to start making a few new accounts before you do get banned.

What other info did you post along with your link? For instance, did you submit an original article and use your link as the signature line or author's resource box or did you only post your link with an advertisement? It makes a difference.

you might want to checkout the info you post? multiple logins from different places ?

Well they Disable my account permanently.I have already appeal for that
