Facebook block to add friends for 4 days, ublock??

After I've been adding people every day (90%of them confirmed the request) it said it would put a lock on my account for 2 days so I couldnt request more people.
Now they did the same thing but for 4 days! I dont get it cause they're people I actually know and like I said 90% accepts. it also automatically deletes all the outstanding requests.

Is there any way to avoid this blockage when I want to add more people?
and now that it is blocked is there a way to get that off?

You do too many at onetime. Only do a few a day. They have an eye on your account now so I suggest you wait awhile to ask for friends.

I would only do about 20 - 25 a day and don't add them all at once or at the same time each day. I've researched this a few times.

try to add people through your email contacts. there's no limit there.

Perhaps you have added lots of friends at a time so they might have done it

I was blocked for 14 days and then tried to send messages, and FB decided to block my messages too
