Facebook Block My Ad Account Again N Again!

Hi guys , so i had an ad account and because some hacked my account facebook block my ad account.
now i tried to open another new facebook account and put new credit card , few mintues later they block the ad account again.. with no reason(tried this twice).
Still never tried with paypal - but the main question is:
I have in the original first account a fan page , i want to make the new account a manager and to use the new account to advertise posts that in my old fan page , this possible ? or not even to try?
I saw in some threads the reason is that i didn't used paypal , but what about this ^ ?

If they banned your fan page from facebook ads, you can try as much as you want, they are just going to keep banning your ad account for the banned fan page.

Maybe you could talk to facebook support if your ad account actually got banned after being hacked?

my fan page is legal , but i also advertised an hacks on facebook , but it was fine until some one hacked my account and spent my money like crazy then they blocked me , the fan page is totally legal - the question if they care? or they just block if they see contact between the two..
 
When FB accoount was blocked, it's very hard to restore. In this situation, I think you should create new account, set up FB ads again. I advise you shouldn't use personal account. Because, I had meet the same problem and I must give up old account.

My personal account is ok , only the ad account was blocked and have on this account a legal fan page that i want to advirtise his posts.

I think your ads have violating some provisions of FB.
 
If you keep getting blocked it probably means they will just ban accounts affiliated with your fan account.
 
hi guys , so i've tried to add the new paypal to my girlfriend account and boom - her ads account got banned.. so i open a request to know why it's happened and they ask me to add ID , so i uploaded a photo of my girlfriend's id and they cancel the block .. so it's now working.. i was shocked!
