Facebook Birthday Script

Just thinking loud im a real lousy scripter so probably some blackhater is much faster than i can due it.
The Idea is to congrat Facebook Friends with a present and a nice post on there wall for birthday right in time.

How should it look and feel : The Present a video ,Audio ,flash file hosted on your server.
The text should be Random lets say Text 1-10
The script should detect if the users native Language is English or German
addition would be nice if it detect if the user is female or male.

The Script should choose Random "Present" that no dubble post happen in a short time period.
How could it be done ? for sure you have the better idea
Just some of my basics , a php Application would be the best that still stay inside the TOS of Facebook but would need some permission from the user

A IMacro the simple way. could run on a account and only congratulate Friends. I think that would be very useful for many user specially if you run to 1000- 5000 friends and what to keep active relations on your profile.

There are many applications out there that let you post auto messages on your friends' walls on their birthdays, schedule messages to be posted, etc. The language of any user on Facebook is available through the Graph API (publicly available info in the "locale" property). Gender is also public (the "gender" property), but available only for those users who have set it in their profiles (most of them have).
