Yes I got it back in 4 days since it was my real account for marketing (with real name and photo). I had sent them copy of passport and it got unlocked in 4 days.
After that I stopped spamming from my real account.

There have been people that have been locked out their accounts for 2-3 weeks some even more idk
Hopefully I get mines back quickly. Did you send them your id or photo of yourself showing your face?

Yes, it was my real account else forget about getting your account back unless you have got message that your account is banned TEMPORARILY.
I believe Face is always clear/clearly displayed on passport.

shit but I sent a photo from my camera showing my face I didn't know I was suppose to send them a passport or ID I tried filing an appeal," which then lead me to a screen that said, "This email address does not belong to a disable account or something to that effect

I found out that it isn't just a picture they require, its an actual ID. Like birth certificate or drivers license. I didn't realize that... and I fear I may have shot myself in the foot because now I can't fix what I posted. I'm starting to think that's the reason so many can't get their accounts back. But Facebook gave NO indication that it needed to be a legit ID! SO stupid!! I had to do digging before I saw the "requirements" for this whole process.

It depends if they ask for photo provide clear face photo and if they ask for your id then provide your id.
In my case they asked me both- photo and Id also. You can appeal again.

That's the thing I can't even file an appeal all it says "This email address does not belong to a disabled
Account," or something to that effect

This just happened to me today. 5 accounts hit even my personal account that I don't do anything for. Have had the account for almost 10 years have bought facebook ads, spent money on games but now they need a picture to verify me. It happened to a female friend of mine and she said her account was back in about 3 days. Only good thing about the situation is that it may break my addiction to Facebook cold turkey.
