You have been blocked because your IP address or mobile device has been flagged by Meta, I suggest you use Proxy or VPN to be able to create more accounts
 
As others have said, you will need new device, IP, and number and do not use your old info.
 
I do not think this will pass with time. If you get insta banned then its bad. Just try new account, new device, new proxy
 
Maybe your ip device has been flagged due to too much spam, you can use a new device, or use vps and proxy to create a new account
 
your device has been flagged, you can create an account on another device, do not reuse old avatar and information, warm up the account for 1-2 days then you can log in to your old device
 
Get a different IP if you can help it, use different emails, and cover your other bases of device fingerprinting. Use an anti-detect browser too. Also, warm up the account before you start spamming. Don't actually spam again, BTW.
 
Try making a new account using a new IP and a new device. Don't reuse info cause you might get flagged again.
 
Try on the new devices or ip/proxy bro. Maybe you dont use the right ways to avoid ban of facebook

Set up clean browser fingerprints, use dedicated mobile/residential proxies, split risky and clean activities between different BMs and separate browser profiles
