Hey, It's possible to get a Ban ip from facebook ? I created +30 fake accounts with proxies but they can see my real ip on my personal account and ban me forever ???

Facebook will ban particular IP. If you used proxy FB can't find your real IP. But you should clear your cookes every time you use new account and proxy. This may be the reason.

not a chance, i created aroung 3,000 so far and no ip has ever been banned for me, you just lose a couple accounts every other day but that's about it

Definitely clear those cookies and you'll be fine.
