Don't add too many people in the first two months. Like and engage with random content in a normal way. Like news sites, pages about subjects regular people are interested in and start engaging with people in comments and Fb groups. The goal is having more people adding you instead of you addin them

One couldn't have said it clearer. But don't forget your goal. I have an account I created two years ago and it has friends' requests in thousands. I just wanted to use it for ads. But my adsense account for that domain was blocked. I started another project though.

You can post, share like or comment. You should message your friends to show FB trust. Before running ads, you should run clean products and pay for FB, to increase trust

You can warm up your Facebook account organically but there is only one thing that you have to consider the most. You have to go with very slow pace so that you might be able to win the trust of the Facebook. Try to avoid spammy behavior as much as you can. You can also consider using Facebook ads to increase your visibility but keep in mind that try to keep the things simple as much as you can.
