Anyone know of any reliable FB auto reply bot? I have over 40,000+ messages from facebook groups on multiple accounts. I need a bot that will respond only to a portion of those messages every few days.

I think a chatbot is what you should use. Check the marketplace. However the chatbot can only answer only very generic questions and that's the downside of it.

I just need it to send 1 message to everyone. I don't need anything else than that. The thing is, will the bot be able to reply to people that have already messaged me or only incoming messages?
 
Jarvee has resurfaced with another name now and I cant remember what it is but it will do this.

I've tried to make one of these multiple times in like 3 different ways, each time the account that was using it gets banned :/

Same. I coded something a few months back and it worked but accounts would get banned after a few days. Now I want to use a software to see if it works.

I would suggest you to look in the Marketplace as many vendors have listed their services. Alternatively, you can post in "Want to Buy" if you have some customized requirements and you will be contacted accordingly.
 
Anyone have any other solutions? SuSocial does not send messages to marketplace. I am selling a product, so I need to send messages to people messaging me from facebook marketplace.

There are many chatbot software similar to this. You can try the Pancake software.
