Buffer will help you manage content on Facebook in a way that your publications will get there when you install. Such tools will play you a good service in planning and will release a lot of useful time.

Adding content with buffer won't get you many new friend requests, not by itself. You'll still need software that friends people (slowly, as they seem to be getting more and more verification-happy these days) and auto-posting to groups and such.
