the problem with lifetime licenses is that they don't update as frequently and if fb adds 1 line of code the bot stops working. It is best to go with something established and widely used like jarvee

Yes, some softwares are out of date, you need to be careful if you want to buy lifetime license, first you have to make sure they are not cracked version, and will enjoy free update etc. I would recommend you to check out Followinglike
