Hey fellow android apps marketers :)

This morning I got this email:

Hi Developers,
We'd like to inform you that your Audience Network account (xxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx) was disabled, as a result of multiple violations of our policy: Facebook Audience Network Policy .

Here are the details of the account we reviewed:
  • Business ID:
  • Financial ID Name:xxxxxxx
  • Financial ID: xxxxxxxx
We have found your apps to be in violation of a number of policies, including but not limited to:

As a result of these serious and recurring violations we have disabled ad serving to your Bundles and are removing your ability to monetize other Bundles via Facebook Audience Network.
In addition, we will also withhold and refund any revenue earned on these Properties, including Facebook's revenue share, to affected advertisers. This means you will not be receiving payments for any of the revenue held in your account at the time your account was disabled.
Facebook is committed to building a quality and brand-safe environment for advertisers, publishers and people. Publisher compliance with Facebook Audience Network Policy is essential for this environment. Additional information on our policies can be found in the Policies and the Implementation Requirements for Audience Network Ads.
This decision is considered final with no option to appeal.

As you can see, there's no reason why they banned my account. If I login, it looks like my account is still normal. Also they sent message for each app, saying that they stopped ads.

Anybody went thorugh this? Anyway to contact them?

Basicaflly it's been the same apps live for like 2 years - from time to time some apps get limited, but after appeal, they get reinstated. (Btw someitmes it's enough to send same appeal 2 times to get it reinstated) - also I DON'T do any blackhat tricks, like autoclick/bots etc.

Thanks in advance for your hel guys.
