Facebook as a link shorter ? how is this possible?

Today I saw something interesting on one of my accounts.
Got a friend request, curious took a look, found only 1 status update.
It had a facebook link, when clicked it instantly redirected to a blogger/blogspot site, which instantly redirected to a dating offer.

The big question, how do you make a facebook link, instantly redirect it to blogspot (blogspot redirect to dating offer I already know).

Just had a look, it looks like they have used the lint url and posted it on there profile.

How do they get the lint url. Did some research and the l.facebook.com thing is link schrim tool from facebook to avoid maliscous redirect etc. etc.
I tried to find the link in the source code of the post but could not find it. Any idea how to extract the link, or make a facebook lint url from your own url.
Think this could really trick people and increase click-through, let a lone avoid link ban cause of the fb url.

p.s. first time seeing some using the lint url in a fb post.
