Facebook Apps - Where To Get Them ?

I've been seeing plenty of pages with apps with Apps like " Find out what you have been in a previous life? " or " How addicted to FB are you ? " .
Basically the user has to click on the Like Button , and once they click, a popup with the random result comes up and they can choose to share with their friends.

Where can i get an app that does that, and where can i get other apps for facebook ? ( Preferably for free )

This is called the 'Chuck Norris' script, lots of people have it (me included), but I don't think anyone wants to leak it.

yeah but its only how will you die to make other app we need to customise it anyone can make new app if they know some little short of php
