I know this is probably a dumb question but I have got to know how do you guys make money off facebook apps and why do people want accounts with dummy apps installed and also how much are accounts like this.

If apps go viral they get lots of traffic which can be monetized in many ways. For example the app may promote a CPA offer to all its users.

hello do you know how to creat those kind off applications???

usually they are written in PHP and not too hard to code if u know php. or you can get someone to code them for you.
